Service Fees: Professional service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
DSC Applications: DSC application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the certifying authority. If an application is rejected due to incorrect documents provided by the applicant, no refund will be issued.
Government Fees: Any government fees or statutory charges paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service before it has been initiated, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the request. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
