Our policy regarding refunds for services and software products.
Fees paid for professional services (Income Tax filing, GST returns, company formation, DSC issuance, etc.) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as significant time and expertise is invested from the outset.
If a service cannot be completed due to reasons attributable solely to APS Pvt. Ltd., a proportionate refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds or exchanges on licensed software products are subject to the manufacturer's (SAG Infotech's) refund policy. Once a software licence key has been issued and activated, refunds are generally not available. Please contact us before purchase if you have any queries about product suitability.
DSC issuance fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the Certifying Authority (e-Mudhra / Safe Script). In case of technical failure prior to issuance, we will arrange a re-issuance or refund as applicable.
All government fees, MCA filing charges, stamp duty, NSDL charges and similar statutory payments are strictly non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities.
If you wish to cancel a service engagement before work has commenced, please notify us in writing at info@apspvtltd.com. A full or partial refund of advance fees (excluding any out-of-pocket expenses already incurred) may be considered at our discretion.
